Copyright Policy
Drag Queen Market respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all Sellers, customers, and users of the marketplace to do the same.
This Copyright Policy explains how Drag Queen Market handles claims involving copyright, trademarks, counterfeit goods, brand ownership, product images, designs, and other intellectual property rights.
1. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products, listings, images, descriptions, brand names, logos, designs, and other content they upload or provide to Drag Queen Market do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
By listing products on Drag Queen Market, Sellers confirm that they own, license, or are otherwise legally authorized to use and sell the products, images, text, trademarks, logos, brand names, designs, and other materials included in their listings.
Sellers must not list counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, trademark-infringing products, copied designs, stolen images, misleading brand references, or any content that infringes or may infringe the rights of another person or business.
2. Counterfeit Goods and Infringing Products
Drag Queen Market operates a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit goods and intentionally infringing products.
If we believe that a product, listing, Seller account, image, description, logo, brand name, or other content may infringe intellectual property rights, we may remove the listing, disable access to the content, suspend the Seller account, cancel orders, withhold payouts, or take any other action we consider necessary to protect customers, rights holders, Sellers, and the marketplace.
Repeated or serious intellectual property violations may result in permanent removal from Drag Queen Market.
3. Content License
When a Seller or user uploads, submits, or provides content to Drag Queen Market, including product images, descriptions, brand materials, logos, videos, graphics, or other materials, they grant Drag Queen Market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, and promote that content for the purpose of operating, marketing, displaying, and improving the marketplace and related services.
This license allows Drag Queen Market to display product listings, promote products, create marketplace marketing materials, show listings in advertising channels, and operate the platform.
Sellers and users confirm that they have all rights necessary to grant this license and that the content they provide does not infringe any third-party rights.

Drag Queen Market may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the content where appropriate and permitted by law.
7. Repeat Infringers
Drag Queen Market may suspend or permanently terminate accounts belonging to Sellers or users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or who repeatedly receive valid intellectual property complaints.
Drag Queen Market may also take action against Sellers who attempt to avoid enforcement by creating new accounts, altering listings, changing product names, or re-uploading removed content.
8. False or Misleading Claims
Submitting false, misleading, incomplete, or abusive intellectual property complaints may result in the rejection of the complaint and may expose the complainant to legal responsibility.
Drag Queen Market may refuse to process complaints that do not include sufficient information, appear to be abusive, relate to a commercial dispute rather than an intellectual property issue, or do not provide evidence of ownership or authorization.
9. Marketplace Role
Drag Queen Market is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent Sellers, who are responsible for the products and content they provide.
While Drag Queen Market may review, remove, restrict, or moderate listings and Seller accounts, Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that their products, listings, images, descriptions, and brand materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
